Raw Diet Menu
I am working on a raw diet menu and almost have it done. I reworked it for about 2 months now. The first one had all nuts, vegetables and fruits. Then I added a couple of sprouted nut and sprouted brown rice recipes. I find it hard to find something that uses grains that have enough potassium or vitamin D. Does anyone have any ideas, any recipes? I was thinking of having 2 cups of fortified soy beverage to get enough vitamin D in the daily menu.
